CannaTrack is a personal habit tracking application designed to help individuals monitor and understand their consumption habits for personal wellness purposes. CannaTrack is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional medical care.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use CannaTrack. By using the service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Cannabis and other substances tracked by CannaTrack may be illegal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of your location. CannaTrack does not facilitate the purchase, sale, or distribution of any controlled substance.
CannaTrack uses anonymous authentication — we do not store your name or email. You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in credentials (Google or Apple account). We cannot recover accounts if access is lost.
You agree not to use CannaTrack for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm other users or the service.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into CannaTrack. By using the service, you grant CannaTrack a limited license to store and process that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can delete your data at any time from the Settings tab. See our Privacy Policy for details on what happens when you delete your account.

CannaTrack is a tracking tool, not a medical service. Nothing in CannaTrack constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The THC absorption estimates provided are approximations based on published research and are not medically validated.
If you have concerns about substance use or your health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
We aim to keep CannaTrack available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
CannaTrack and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CannaTrack and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CannaTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which, for free users, is zero).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CannaTrack from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify users of material changes through the app. Continued use of CannaTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
